  1. SFR REFUND POLICY FOR MUSIC AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS 

 

Songs for Revival does not issue refunds or returns on music or other digital downloads purchased from our website. 

 

2. SFR APPAREL RETRUN AND REFUND POLICY

*This policy only applies to SFR apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, clothing items, etc.)

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for refund, the item must be:

  • In the same condition it was received in

  • Unworn

  • Unused 

  • With tags (if tags were attached)

  • Unwashed 

 

Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

 

To start a return, contact us at songsforrevival@gmail.com. Please note that returned items will need to be sent to the following address:

Once the item is received it will be inspected. If the item is approved, we will issue the refund and you will be reimbursed within 15 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it,. and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned (such as music/digital downloads). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

We do not accept returns on final sale items.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, wait for the return to be approved and the reimbursement issued, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
